·         Security deposit.
·         Co-ordinate cleaning and laundry service for your next tenant.
·         Each 2 months financial statement to track your investment .
·         Everything else you can reasonable think. of including providing expertise
        on investing and real estate in general, trusted companies providing priority
        service for your home if needed, and screening of tenants and enforcement

Our commission:
For short term rentals, minimum of 5 days up to 2 months, we charge 20% of the total rental amount and will be deducted from the total payment as received, after which the remainder will be transferred to your account within 2 days after check-out.

For long term rentals, 2 months up to ..............., we charge 10% of the monthly rent and will only be deducted each month  after receiving the rent after which the remainder of the rent will be transferred to your account within 2 days after full payment.
 
Prima Casa will not be paid if your tenant is not paying.
