Casa Corazón de La Villa Sol is a gorgeous villa, located in the prestigious neighborhood of Esmeralda. Close to beaches, golf course, supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It is also very close to the Malmok area. 

Come relax in this 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 4000 sq. ft. fully furnished private villa. Sleeps up to 12 guests with an additional pull out couch in the master bedroom and two couches in the living room. The house is fully air conditioned. 

Open the doors and feel the breeze run through the house or sit in the sun filled patio next to the private pool.  Grand car garage with 4 bikes available for use!

Prices are based on max 6 persons. * Extra guests are welcome but will be charges and extra nightly rate of $ 60,00 per person * Electricity: included in the Rental Fee, up to a maximum of $ 30,- per night. Surplus in usage will be deducted from deposit at check out. * End cleaning: $ 290,- for 6 persons or less. Surcharge per extra person: $ 20,00.
