The house has a grand yard surrounding the entire property with views of the unique Aruban nature and Hooiberg. Sunrises and sunsets will never be the same!
As an extra luxurious feature; you can either relax at the private pool on the property of the house, or the communal pool located at the beginning of the park. Wonderful morning walks and easy access to the Hooiberg are also a huge plus!
This villa has A/C throughout the entire house, which is great for just a day relaxing inside.
WiFi and cable tv are a must for people on workcations, or families.
This villa is only a 5 minute drive to the airport, 15 minute drive to the famous down town San Nicolas, 15 minute drive to the California lighthouse and high rise hotel area and beaches and Oranjestad and beaches are just 8 mintues drive away!
