The house is completely furnished and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hot water. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Every room has AC. You can enjoy sitting inside, in the large living/dining room with a well equipped open kitchen. Or relax on a nice covered porch in the back of the house. There is a laundry room with washing machine.
Feel safe in this house, it's fully fenced, has its own parking space and also an alarm system.
