As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Prima Casa, you will represent our brand and our values in every client interaction. You will guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process—from the initial consultation to closing the deal—while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial property transactions
Conduct property showings and open houses in a professional and engaging manner
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
Develop marketing strategies for listings, including digital and social media outreach
Negotiate sales and purchase agreements with attention to detail and client goals
Collaborate with our in-house team to ensure smooth transaction management
Stay informed about the Aruban real estate market, pricing trends, and new listings
Uphold Prima Casa’s values of integrity, transparency, and client-first service
Experience in real estate.
Fluency in English (Additional languages such as Dutch, Papiamento, or Spanish)
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Proven Sales Ability and Goal-Driven Attitude
Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented
Professional Appearance and Conduct
Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
Comfortable with Technology & Social Media Marketing Tools
