In the hills of St. Cruz, located in a Cul-de-Sac, is this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom family home.  This house has a large cunucu back yard, regulary you have visitors here: goats and chickens. Harmless, but they remind you of the nature that you live in. Parke Arikok is a 5 minute car drive away, St. Cruz you can reach within 10 minutes and the capital of Aruba, Oranjestad, is about 20 car minutes away. 

Via the entrance (short stairs) you enter the L-shaped living area with a open kitchen. A fridge, stove and oven are in the kitchen, also a wooden cooking island. A hallway leads you to three (3) bedrooms. Two (2) bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath tube. Via the sliding doors in the bedroom you can enter the side of the house. The living room has sliding doors too,  this is the access to a large L-shape covered patio. In the back of the house is a big storage space, for laundry or tools. 

A sustainable detail: on the roof of the patio are 10 solar panels . The garden is completely fenced. Pets are allowed.  

A rental agreement will be signed for minimum of 1 year. Tenant will pay separate for water, electricy, internet and other services. This is not included in the rental price.
