Erica met us at the property on arrival and departure, and explained all we needed to enjoy our stay. Our chalet had 2 upstairs bedrooms, one with a great view of the passing cruise ships and a small ocean bay. Each of the two bedrooms had king bed and its own bathroom. Downstairs the kitchen/living/half-bathroom was a nice place to relax when we weren

Amazing bliss in paradise We had an amazing time at aruba Beach Chalets during the Christmas time. Best things: - Very large, spacious 2-floor condo - Just steps from the water / private beach - Quiet (very quiet!), peaceful atmosphere - Friendly, extremely thoughtful owners and on-site manager - Romantic moonlight nights - Minutes from the airport and amenities (groceries, restaurants, etc.) When we arrived, we were extremely impressed with the size of the unit and proximity to the water. It is one of those rare condos with the ocean view just feet away! You can’t beat this, really!! The owners left us Holiday goodies including tasty wine, snowman toy (for our baby!), and a nice letter with great descriptions of everything we could do. They were very responsive to all our questions before / during / after the stay. We are very happy with the management overall. What we recommend: - Visit the Baby Beach (just minutes away, beautiful c

Great place!!! Aruba beach chalet #5 was terrific for the location, the and accommodations. We stayed 7 nights and it was everything we thought it would be and more since we rented a car and were able to see all of the island over the period of 8 days.

My parents rent a chalet for a month every February. My girlfriend and I stay with them for a week while they are there. Let me tell you...we are in love with thia place! Totally private location...beautiful beach...wonderful rooms...easy driving all over the island. If your looking for a nightlife this is not the place to stay. The drive to go to the highrise hotels is about 20min...also, they have really bad rush hour traffic in the afternoon. Check out eagle beach, the man who uses a machete to cut open coconuts and slips alcohol into them in town by the fleamarket...and for going out late night check out the mill..its a hotel but has an actual windmill that you party in..all of the locals go there when the bars close. On Sundays all of the locals go to moomba beach bar...chexk that out for sure!

We stayed for 10 days after Christmas looking for a quiet vacation. Erika greeted us at the condo and went through everything with us. We had 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. 2 full upstairs and a 1/2 on the main floor. The condo is 30 feet from the water. There are 3 great supermarkets within a 10 min walk. 3 great restaurants nearby. It’s very safe. Easy access to the water. Picture perfect sunsets every night. It’s a great value. It’s only a 20 min drive to the highs isle beaches. The only recommendation I would have is to make sure you use bug spray as the Mosquitos can be fierce. We look forward to staying again.

An EXCELLENT Stay! Staying at Aruba Beach Chalet was perfect for my family. It was large and roomy. The view was breathtaking. I have two teenagers, and they loved the fact they could jump in the ocean mere feet from our door. All of our needs were Cindy en Rik; Cindy was there to greet us. They gave us many pointers that were definitely needed. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning a visit to Aruba. It is close to town, the airport, as well as great places to eat. A comfortable place, cool atmosphere, great managers. What more can you ask for.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It is not in a tourist area but Aruba is small enough that we saw it all and I can assure you I would not want to stay in the hotel area. We had privacy and could hop in our car and see the rest of Aruba any time we wanted. I am very happy we found Aruba Beach Chalets.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I think I love it even more because of the atmosphere. I love sitting in the back covered patio looking out into the ocean while enjoying an AMAZING bloody mary. During the whole week, we had the most amazing weather. What they promised we had. Thank you Erika for all your help and great service. Greetings Lisa and Jack

For many years we visit Aruba. We loved the West side of the island. It was not as hectic as the North Side. We found a peace of property land, just near the Caribbean ocean and decided to built Aruba Beach Chalets. The building consists out of 6 houses. We kept 2 for our selves one to live in and the other one we started renting out. It is so much fun to see each time we check-in our guests how surprised they are on the location. Still after all these years we are still living on the property and enjoying everyday the wonderful sunset. Even when we are full booked we sometimes sent our customers to the other owners of the Aruba Beach Chalets.

We have stayed in the Exclusive Standard Chalet during the carnival in February. Wow it was much better than we expected. Relaxing on the beach. BBQ on the beach. Wow the beach. The Chalet is very clean and very comfortable. Nice decoration. Everything you need for a great vacation. We really can recommend this vacation rental to everybody. Cindy we will come back. Thanks for all you help and perfect service. Hanna and family

This is a great place to stay. It is clean, modern, next to the water, and away from the crowds on the west side of the island. If you like crowds, you can drive to the busy places in about 10 to 15 minutes. It is less than 10 minutes from the airport, but you can not hear airport noise. Restaurants and grocery stores are very close. The owners are on site. Cindy is very considerate and very pleasant with which to do business.

My family and I just recently stayed at this wonderful beach home. All I can say is that it was absolutely fantastic! The home itself is great. If you are looking for a beach theme home that is very comfortable and relaxing, this is the place for you. The views are wonderful. Cindy was extraordinarily helpful in everything we needed. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. The house is also located near a great restaurants and Local bars. All in all this was one of the best vacations my family and I have ever been on and I cannot wait to book another week in the future!

We stayed there in Dec 2009 and enjoyed ourselves. Just a few feet from the the shore in ankle deep water, I saw a variety of smaller fish around the rocks near shore and an eel! Didn

My wife and I and another couple stayed for one week in mid September, 2011. The best vacation we have ever been n! Take about four steps off the back porch and you are in the beautiful carribean! The unit was very nice and extremely private. Away from the hustle and bussle of downtown and the high rise district but a short drive to it all. Everything you need. Recommend snorkling at Baby Beach, just about 10 minutes west of the chalet. Want to now move to Aruba, but since that can

Oasis of Tranquility Sitting here on our last day, listening of the sound of the waves as I sip on my morning coffee pondering all the blessings that I have. This is our 6th visit to the island of ARUBA and our 2nd time staying with Rick and Cindy at their Beach property. Karma and good fate brought me here last year and will never again stay anywhere else. I pack up to leave, and I am rejuvenated, ready to face the day-to-day trials of our life back home ... For another year at least :) Should good fortune bring you to this listing, do not hesitate, as you will not be disappointed. There is not one thing I could find fault with this lovely home away from home. The accommodations are well represented in the photos. You are close enough to everything you may need and yet far enough away to find peace in watching the world go by around you. In fact, in the last week I have wandered no further than a 10 minute walk in either direction to find our evening meals, when I chose not to cook. Unfortunately for you, dear reader, I have booked this accommodation for years to come, as my oasis of tranquility the first two weeks of every February. They have 5 Beach chalets so don
