A covered porch is the entrance to the apartment. You step into the living room, with the kitchen in the back. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (all with inverter air-conditioning) and 1 bathroom.

You want to bring pets? Unfortunately dogs are not allowed, but cats are.

A deposit of 1 month rent is required at the start of the rental period. The minimum rental period is 1 year.
