If you own property in Aruba, but are not a resident, or don't visit the property much, a property manager is what you'll need. We provide full property management services with attention to detail for any size of property.

Once we've seen the house, we will discuss with you what you want done in terms of maintaining the house and also if you desire to rent out the property. 

Our property managers Fiarlogene & Khafari. are excellent in what they do. 

Management consists of twice monthly visits to the house; checking A/C's, water pipes, electrical wiring if necessary, garden maintenance and pool services. 

If repairs are needed our managers are also there to oversee the situation and report back to you. 

Our rental management will oversee the check-in and check out process. 

Basically we are you eyes and ears and you will receive reports.

  • Provide a network of licensed, bonded and fully insured contractors who have been vetted for good pricing and good work that is up to code.
  • Assign jobs to different parties (in-house employees, handyman and professional contractors) based on who will do the best job for the best price.
  • Larger renovation or rehab projects
  • Provide recommendations on how the project can maximize rental income.
  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates
  • Get multiple independent bids for the work
  • Act as general contractor overseeing the work
