Born and raised in Aruba, Rachelle has spent her entire life on the island, giving her a deep understanding of the local community, culture, and environment, qualities that align closely with Prima Casa’s mission and values.
Rachelle has a strong educational background in customer service, which, combined with her professional experience, equips her with the skills to engage effectively with clients and provide high-quality support. Her experience in government administration has further developed her abilities in organization, communication, and problem-solving, allowing her to handle tasks efficiently and professionally.

Outside of work, Rachelle maintains an active lifestyle. She enjoys dancing, playing volleyball, and soccer, demonstrating her energetic and dynamic approach to life. As a devoted mother of one, she successfully balances her personal and professional responsibilities, reflecting discipline and commitment.
