Welcome to Prima Casa, where work feels like home… mostly because we spend more time here than at home. Even on quiet days, someone’s singing (off-key but confident), someone’s laughing way too loud, and someone’s trying to convince the coffee machine to go faster. We’re a little crazy, a lot of fun, and somehow still get the job done, perfectly!
Cindy – The Queen of Real Estate
Owner, broker, and the voice of reason. With 25+ years in the business, Cindy has seen it all. She’s the one keeping us grounded while we spin in circles and she still manages to smile while doing it. She’s basically our real estate mom, therapist, and problem-solver in one.
Toine – The Mastermind
Co-owner, broker, and the guy who somehow knows everything before it happens. Need advice? Ask Toine. Need music? Also Toine. He’s got the wisdom, the humor, and the secret stash of snacks that mysteriously disappear every week.
Britt – The Property Whisperer
She manages more houses than we can count, Britt has a sixth sense for fixing problems before they even exist, we’re still not sure if she’s human or a superhero. Either way, she keeps our homes (and us) in perfect shape. The one who keeps the energy high, and the reason we all believe in good vibes and good organization.
Sammie – The Creative Chaos Coordinator
Our marketing girl and in-house content tornado. If there’s a camera, Sammie’s there, making everything look cinematic (including our coffee breaks). She’s always saying, “I have an idea!” which usually means we’re about to move furniture. If something’s happening, Sammie’s filming it, editing it, and turning it into something beautiful!
Dominique – The Sales Charmer
Can sell a house faster than you can say “Where do I sign?” Dominique’s secret weapon? Her charm, her smile, and her ability to make everyone feel at home instantly. She’s equal parts professional and party, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s everyone’s hype woman and the office’s laughter partner!
Rachelle – The Number Ninja
Forget quiet, Rachelle is the life of the office! She’s loud, funny, and always laughing. Between keeping our numbers perfect and our spirits high, she somehow finds time to make everyone’s day brighter. She’s the glue holding this company and the fun together.
